The concrete manufactured by the Company has the prescribed resistance of B-10 (M-150 according to the old standards).

The flatness error of the finished concrete floor is 3 mm (verified by means of a 2-meter level). Any covering may be laid over the floor after it dries, including carpeting, parquet, linoleum and laminate. The more flat the floor is, the smaller amount of glue is required when laying tiles. The Company "Grindukas" vouches for that. All works have a 5-years' warrantee.
